Reports today are the Justice Department is unlikely to retry John Edwards after a mistrial declared yesterday on most counts. Jurors did find him ‘not guilty' on one count of accepting illegal campaign contributions.

We get May unemployment numbers today. Analysts are expecting 158,000 new jobs in May.. with the unemployment rate remaining at 8.1%.. We'll see if that holds true. We'll also ask Paul Gigot if all the recent economic numbers spell trouble for the Presidential race.
