Health Care continues to dominate the news. Oral arguments wrapped up yesterday. Now the action goes behind closed doors at the Justices hammer it out in private. Court watchers do not think it's looking great for the Health Care overhaul, but no one really knows for sure. A ruling is expected in late June (just in time for the presidential campaign. President Obama expected to come out swinging at the oil companies today. He'll make a Rose Garden speech urging Congress to end what he calls "the billions in taxpayer dollars handed out to oil companies." There is a Senate procedural vote today on a bill to repeal oil tax subsidies. The AAA average per gallon of gas is now 3.92 (up another penny today).

Republicans in the House today expected to vote on a $3.5 trillion budget that makes changes to Medicare and cuts programs like food stamps. It's headed for passage in the House, but in the Senate? Not so much.
