Texas authorities have arrested a second woman and charged her with kidnapping in the widening case of a Houston boy who disappeared eight years ago and was found earlier this month.

San Augustine County Chief Sheriff's Deputy Gary Cunningham told The Associated Press on Friday the woman in custody, Gloria Walker, is the mother of Krystle Tanner, who was arrested two weeks ago for taking Miguel Morin when he was 8 months old.

Walker was arrested Friday morning at her home east of Austin and jailed in Travis County. She'll be taken to San Augustine in East Texas, where her daughter is held.

The child's parents in Houston are seeking to regain custody of Miguel. Authorities are investigating disclosures they gave up guardianship of their four other children.
