Fox News has learned Donald Trump will endorse Mitt Romney today at 3:30. Probably we'll ask Michael Barone and Dana Perino about it (and our all-star reporters of course).

Mitt Romney is campaigning in Reno, Rick Santorum in Henderson, NV, Newt Gingrich is in Las Vegas, and Ron Paul in Reno.

President Obama attending the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington. He has meetings the rest of the day.

Big news on Afghanistan. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta wants U.S. combat troops out of Afghanistan by the end of 2013. He attends a NATO meeting in Brussels today where Afghan strategy changes are on the table.
