President expected to speak today at (we think) 12:15 on the payroll tax cut controversy.

At 10am Speaker of House John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor hold a news conference. Keep an eye on this to turn sound.

We'll talk with Congresswoman Nan Hayworth who was named to Speaker Boehner's negotiating committee on the payroll tax cut.
