The War in Iraq is officially over. Defense Secy Leon Panetta officially handing over the country this morning in Baghdad.

Things are getting ugly with less than three weeks to the Iowa caucuses. Mitt Romney is hitting Newt Gingrich very hard clearly worried about Newt's rise in the polls. Newt says he won't attack Romney in return, but hasn't been able to resist getting in a few barbs.

Tonight is the last debate before the caucuses.. Six hopefuls will square off in the Fox News debate. We'll be teasing it quite a bit.

For the third time this year we are on the edge of a government shutdown. Congress can't seem to stop the partisan fighting.. and if anything it's worse this time with the ugliness spilling over into live events and testimony.

House Republicans unveiled at $1 Trillion dollar spending deal.. a vote could come as early as today.

Jon Corzine will face a third day of grilling today over the collapse of MF Global. James Rosen is covering.

We get weekly unemployment numbers today.
