Last night Fox News celebrated its 15 year anniversary. That's right, we've been bringing you Fair & Balanced news for a decade and a half!

For the next few weeks, you'll see various Fox shows broadcasting from across the country, getting up close and personal with viewers from all over (Happening Now will be staying in the newsroom). But last night, you could find everyone under one roof in New York City for a fabulous anniversary party.

Steve Doocy, co-host of Fox & Friends, welcomed everyone to the event. If you're a long-time viewer, you're aware that he's been with the channel since it launched.

Then the man of the hour (er, man of 15 years), Roger Ailes took the stage, thanking the team for its hard work. He told the newbies how the channel came to be, and gave some great advice:

" Failing is highly overrated as a learning experience."

Duly noted, sir!

After the greetings, we got down to business...the business of fun!

NOTE: Jon & Jenna were in attendance last night, but this editor had trouble tracking them down for a photo in the crowd. Photo: FAIL!
