The father of the Brooklyn boy who was kidnapped and butchered after he got lost leaving day camp wants the accused killer and his father to pay for the horrendous crime -- to the tune of $200 million, the New York Post reports.

Calling the murder of 8-year-old Leibby Kletzky "one of the most horrific crimes in the history of the County of Kings," Nachman Kletzky filed suit seeking $100 million in punitive damages from Levi Aron, who is charged with Leibby's gruesome murder, and the same amount from his dad, Jack Aron, in whose house the boy was allegedly murdered and his body dismembered.

"What's driving the lawsuits is a sense of justice and to compensate the family as best we can," Kletzky's lawyer, Mark Goldsmith, said after filing the two suits in Brooklyn Supreme Court. "The acts are horrific and horrendous, and the level of damages should reflect that."

Goldsmith alleged that Aron's father knew that the boy was being held captive inside his Brooklyn house.

Aron, 35, admitted to abducting Leibby on July 11 after the child became disoriented while walking home from camp alone for the first time.

The accused killer confessed to smothering the child and then carving up the body, tossing some of Leibby's body parts into a dumpster but leaving his feet in the freezer.

Aron's defense lawyers in the murder case have indicated they will pursue an insanity defense.

His criminal defense lawyer, Jennifer McCann, said she did not know if he had an attorney in the civil case.
