A judge has ruled that graphic video evidence of a Delaware pediatrician can be used at his trial.
Police have said the videos show Earl Bradley raping several young girls. He's been charged with raping or sexually abusing more than 103 girls he treated over a 10-year period, some as young as 3 months old. His trial is scheduled to begin June 1.
Bradley's attorneys have not disputed the allegations or the video evidence and have suggested they may pursue a mental illness defense. Attorneys are barred from commenting on the case.
Wednesday's ruling by Superior Court Judge William Carpenter noted mistakes by police in drafting a warrant to search Bradley's office complex. But he concluded that the search of the building where the videos were seized was legal.
