ATLANTA – A suspect has been charged in the shooting death of a businessman outside of a suburban Atlanta preschool minutes after the victim dropped off his 2-year-old son.
Dunwoody Police say 46-year-old Hemy Zvi Neuman is charged with murder in the Nov. 18 killing of 36-year-old Russell Sneiderman.
Police refused to release more details about the killing or the relationship between the men because the investigation is ongoing.
Neuman's family could not immediately be reached for comment and it's unknown if he has an attorney.
Authorities say Sneiderman was approached by a gunman and shot several times in the parking lot of Dunwoody Prep Preschool. They say the gunman then fled the scene in a silver minivan.
