The Gulf of Mexico is being polluted by yet another oil spill right now. Deano Bonano, the Homeland Security Director for Jefferson Parish, LA, says it is UNRELATED to the Deep Water Horizon oil leak.

So whats going on? Before dawn this morning either a tugboat or a work boat hit the well head off of the four-inch pipe, ripping it clear off. It's shooting natural gas & oil 20 feet in the air. We're getting mixed report about how much oil is leaking, but Bonano says it's leaking more gas than oil. Just to compare, the pipe that burst in the Deep Water Horizon spill was 21 inches.

Booms are already on the water to collect the oil and a wild well contractor is on the way.
