The search is on for a 2-year-old boy in Arizona. Syler Newton was reported missing around 1:45 Sunday morning. He was camping at the Beaver Creek Campground with a family that was preparing to adopt him.
Homicide detectives, bloodhounds and search teams are on the scene right now. The Yavapai Sheriff's Department says it's routine for the homicide detectives to be involved in a case like this. Two vehicles were towed from the site this morning, but it's not clear why. The Sheriff's Department also said they were looking for Syler's biological mother, but people close to the adoptive family say they do not believe this could be a custody issue.
Syler is 3 feet tall, 20 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. He was only wearing a diaper when he was last seen.
