Overnight a man suspected of planting the failed car bomb in New York's Times Square was arrested during an attempt to catch a flight to Pakistan. Weather in Tennessee is on our radar againtoday. Flooding has left many stranded in the Nashville area. We will be speaking to the mayor of Nashville about the damage as well as the suspected rising death toll.

Our third major story of the day takes place in the Gulf of Mexico. Oil is now said to reach land in Florida by the end of the week. The extent of the clean-up and economic devastation can only be a matter of guess work at this point.
