The Happening Now staff is just out of our morning meeting. After meeting in the War Room and hashing out who our guests will be and the major stories of the day, we're ready to share them with you.

Today we'll speak with Texas Senator John Cornyn (R). He's giving us a look ata letter he drafted to President Obama requesting that the Ft. Hood shootings be considered a terrorist attack.

Health care is still up for discussion. What are they saying on the Hill today?

As you may already know, its National Geography week. We learned about sharks yesterday and today we're on the hunt for Samurai Subs.
