The alleged mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks is heading to New York City for trial. Fox News has confirmed that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will announce that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other 9/11 suspects will be tried in New York federal civilian courts. Up until now, they've been held at Guantanamo Bay.
