How safe is your public transportation? Investigations continue in the wake of Sunday's commuter train collision in San Fransisco. This is the third major crash of this type since May, when more than 50 people were injured in a Boston Light Rail accident. The driver of that train is due to be arraigned in court today. Authorities are accusing the operator of running a red signal because he was texting on his phone! We will be reporting on the outcome in our show today. Will his fate be a warning to other drivers?

A new poll shows Obama's nationalized health care plan at a 49% approval rating. He may encounter even more difficulty in persuading the wealthy left to give him support. We'll speak to some Blue Dog Dems who will tell us what the President will need to do to get his own party to back his ambitions.
