What we have here is a failure to communicate. Congress and the CIA are once again at odds after a letter from CIA director Leon E. Panetta stated that the agency, "concealed significant actions from Congress." This comes just months after Nancy Pelosi accused the CIA of not letting her know about the use of waterboarding on a high value detainee. Pelosi will address these concerns publicly this morning.

State police charged 26 people across 7 states Wednesday afternoon on charges of dogfighting. Officials are calling the bust one of the largest crackdowns on dogfighting ever seen in the United States. More than 400 dogs were rescued in the operation. We'll be speaking to authorities and reporters from the regions who will explain how authorities managed to coordinate these arrests, and what may lay in store for those charged.
