Looks like Michael Jackson's attorney & a music exec will be allowed to act as executors to his 2002 will. His parents were in court today, trying to convince a judge to delay handing over power. They said they wanted time to find out who was surrounding the King of Pop, their son, during his final days. But a judge just said no--no other will has come to light that would stop him from letting John Branca & John McClain take over as executors.

Our guest Alexis Martin Neelysays this means these two men are going to be handling a HUGE amount of money. Unreleased music, past business arrangements, property are going to add up to big bucks and should cover his debts and beyond. And as far as hisparents trying to stop the named executors? Alexis says it's just an emotional response to the death oftheir son.

So what's coming up for Michael Jackson's estate? Just wait and see...
