Question of the Day: May 28, 2009

In an Oklahoma court today a man is on trial for first degree murder. Under the circumstances he says it was self-defense, but prosecutors think otherwise. The scenario: two men burst into a store at least one with a gun. The pharmacist working in the store shot one man in the head and chases the other out of the store. Then he took a few more shots.

The prosecutor says the first shot was self-defense, but the other 5 shots amount to murder.

What do you think? Was it self-defense or murder?
