President Obama (POTUS as he's known to Secret Service)... spending time with troops on an unannounced visit to Camp Victory. He thanked them for their extraordinary work. He added, "It's time for Iraqis to take responsiblity for their country"... after America's commitment of six years and thousands of lives.

POTUS is expected to meet with Iraqi leadership. He's reportedly at the house of General Odierno right now.

A packed palace of troops greeted the President a few minutes ago. Camp Victory is actually a former Saddam Hussein Palace.
