Good day on this fine Monday... from the Breaking News Desk (BND)... the tragic update to those bushfires burning out of control outside Melbourne, Australia.

Australia's Country Fire Service reporting... the death toll will likely rise. Some towns have been wiped out by flames... among them Marysville which is known as the honeymooning center for Australians. The gorgeous guesthouses and centry-old oak trees... are gone.

Some of the deets I'm fining out: 50 fires burning right now... a handful of them are extremely large and could take weeks to put out! One witness is describing the scene this way, "It looks like Hiroshima."

Here's a part of this breaking story that just makes me sick-- all this loss of life and 750,000 acres so far is at the hands of an arsonist.
