From the moment you enter the restaurant, you might think you've taken a "right" turn and ended up in Buenos Aires. Every detail replicates the streets of Argentina, right down to the cobblestone floors, the dramatic tango music, and the indoor market that offers wine and pasta. The walls are adorned with antique bandoneons (concertinas, similar to the accordion) and paintings of tango dancers. In the center of the restaurant are two enormous lighthouse structures, guarding more than 100 Argentinean wines. The overwhelming menu includes starters like smoked marlin and charcoal-grilled provolone cheese. In addition to beef, Bandoneon also serves salads, pasta, fish, and chicken. The sizzling rib-eye steak is extremely tender and succulent, but if you're health-conscious, ask for a leaner cut. If you still have room for dessert, try the brandy-soaked cake roll with caramel filling and dark chocolate sauce.
