Bitsy Grant Tennis Center.  Named after one of Atlanta's best-known players, this is the area's best public facility. There are 13 lighted clay courts and 10 lighted hard courts. Before 6 pm it costs $3 per hour for the hard courts and $6 for the clay courts (seniors age 55 and up get 50 percent off). Piedmont Park.  Piedmont Park has 12 lighted hard courts. Access the tennis center from Park Drive off Monroe Drive. The best place to park is the SAGE parking facility, which the park shares with the botanical gardens. The cost on weekdays is $3 per person per hour before 6 and $5 after 6.
