What does $30,000 get you at the Atlantis, the Palm Dubai resort?
Complete, unadulterated opulence, that's what. The Travel Channel's Josh Gates toured the extravagant Royal Bridge Suite, which runs upwards of $30,000 per night, for his series "Josh Gates: After Dark," shedding light on the 3,000 square feet of luxury that's favored by guests including Kim Kardashian and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Vanderpump, and Kyle Richards when they're in town.
And it's not hard to see why those celebrities are willing to shell out the big bucks for these over-the-top accommodations: Everything in the suite, from its massive size down to even its toiletries, is designed to pamper its guests.
The suite features a private guarded entrance and elevator, according to the hotel's website, and comes fully staffed with its own dedicated chefs and butlers.
Once inside, you'll find soaring ceilings, three equally extravagant master bedrooms to choose from (which can sleep up to six adults and three children), and multiple spaces to relax: The suite offers a spacious, well-appointed lounge, a private library, a media and game room, a dining room that can seat up to 16, and a massage room.

Even the soap found in all of the four baths is luxurious, made from 14-karat gold. But perhaps the most impressive feature is its sweeping views of Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah, the largest man-made island (in the shape of a palm tree, naturally) in the entire world.
But if the $30,000 Royal Bridge Suite is just too much to spend, the Palm Dubai also offers three-story underwater suites that go for around $6,000 a night (a steal, compared with the Royal Bridge Suite) and are literally under water.
If sleeping with the fish isn't your thing, a standard deluxe guest room will run you about $500 a night.
