Adrenaline junky walks 1,600 feet between rock formations suspended 400 feet in air
Looking for a little adrenaline-pumping activity without getting off the couch?
On Nov. 15 Frenchman Théo Sanson traveled 1,640 feet of slackline between two rock formations in Castle Valley, Utah.
The equivalent of four football fields, Sanson was suspended 400 feet into the air with no safety net and only a harness.
The two-minute clip features sweeping shots of the surrounding valleys as Sanson wobbles precariously above the valley below.
The attempt was captured by videographers at Camp4Collective in "Across the Sky."
Despite the vertigo-inducing footage of the walk, they said that “rigging the line is perhaps as significant a feat as walking.”
