O'REILLY: In "Back of the Book" segment tonight, "Watters' World." As we told you in the "Talking Points Memo," Congressman Nancy Pelosi told me eye-to-eye she'd do an interview but has not reneged.

So, we sent our go-to guy, Watters, to Washington to try to solve this problem.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JESSE WATTERS, FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Leader Pelosi promised she'd do THE FACTOR. Now, all of a sudden, she just doesn't have time for us.

STEVE KING, CONGRESSMAN, IOWA (R): There's no reason why the queen of San Francisco couldn't do an interview with Bill O'Reilly.

JOE MANCHIN, SENATOR, WEST VIRGINIA (D): I swear to goodness, it will be the best experience of her life. I think it's a new improved Bill.

LINDSEY GRAHAM, SENATOR, SOUTH CAROLINA (R): Nancy, tell Bill to his face what you say about and behind closed doors. He can take it.

WATTERS: Nancy Pelosi refuse to do the show after telling Bill that she'd do it. So, we're just asking people advice.

JOHN LEWIS, CONGRESSMAN, GEORGIA (D): I don't have any advice for Ms. Pelosi. I have to look after myself.

MARCO RUBIO, SENATOR, FLORIDA (R): You know, I think she should do it. Bill is an equal opportunity-giver of our time.

AL FRANKEN, SENATOR, MINNESOTA (D): You can go talk to my -- you can talk to our Communications Director.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I'm sorry. That was a big mistake.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: If you have any advice on making sure she keeps her word --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE SENATOR: We're in the middle of an interview. Could you please back off.

WATTERS: Sorry, Senator.

TED CRUZ, SENATOR, TEXAS (R): In one interview with Bill O'Reilly, a hundred times more people will see her than on her usual hit on MSNBC.

JOHN MCCAIN, SENATOR, ARIZONA, (R): After you do the interview, then you'll know what's in it. Just like affordable healthcare.

SUSAN COLLINS, SENATOR, MAINE (R): I'd tell her to go on it. It's a great show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Excited (ph).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

COLLINS: It's a great show.

RAND PAUL, SENATOR, KENTUCKY (R): I would send it to her in writing, maybe a couple of thousand pages.

WATTERS: You think she'd do the show?

PAUL: No.

MARSHA BLACKBURN, CONGRESSWOMAN, TENNESSEE (R): I think what Bill should do is give her a FACTOR mug, give her a couple of his books.

WATTERS: Yes, maybe "Killing Jesus." That might sweeten the deal.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEN STILLER, ACTOR: I think it's brilliant.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PAUL RYAN, CONGRESSMAN, WISCONSIN (R): We don't talk very much ourselves, so I don't think I have a good advice for you.

PETER KING, CONGRESSMAN, NEW YORK (R): It's a good chance for San Francisco to meet Levittown.

WATTERS: Ooh.

KING: To have, you know, the elite meet the working class people.

WATTERS: Senator, senator.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I'm going home.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HENRY WAXMAN, CONGRESSMAN, CALIFORNIA (D): Why did you cut in to the --

WATTERS: Well, I just got here. I just arrived when you were wrapping up.

WAXMAN: Are you in Bethesda.

WATTERS: No, I'm out in New York, sir.

WAXMAN: You are. Well, that's even worse traffic.

WATTERS: But we need your advice on something, OK. See if you can help us out. Can you suggest any way that we could get her on the show, Congressman.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JIM CARREY, ACTOR: Hut.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Is there anything Bill can do to maybe make the San Francisco constituents urge her to do THE FACTOR, maybe officiate a gay wedding, maybe bake her some cannabis brownies.

GRAHAM: I don't think there's anything Bill can do in San Francisco to help him or her.

KING: It could be a meeting of the minds or it may just be a collision.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Oh, you want a fight. You want a fight.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

JOHN THUNE, SENATOR, SOUTH DAKOTA (R): Please, Nancy, go on THE FACTOR.

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Rescued with something that's impossible. It's impossible.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Bill O'Reilly has a quick question for you. He ran into you at the Kennedy Center Honors recently.

And you said you'd do an interview with him. In fact, you said you'd do an interview in your office. So, --

NANCY PELOSI, HOUSE MINORITY LEADER (D-CA): Yes, but I already have discreta (ph).

WATTERS: -- what we did, --777

PELOSI: Discreta (ph).

WATTERS: We've been calling your office and you've said you've been busy in February, March, April, May --

PELOSI: We're never here.

WATTERS: I know you're a woman of your word and I'm asking you if you're going to be honoring your commitment.

PELOSI: Well, I didn't make any commitment to him. We're having a social conversation. In fact, it was at the White House. That's the first time I ever saw him because I never see him on TV. But they --

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CARREY: (LAUGHTER)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PELOSI: This is open-ended. One of these days, maybe I will.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: You doubt my word?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

PELOSI: I was not pleased with the disrespect that he showed to the President. So, that wasn't like a warmer-upper.

WATTERS: What was disrespectful.

PELOSI: Well, it speaks for itself. Yes, ma'am.

WATTERS: "Watters' World." Are you a fan of "Watters' World."

MCCAIN: No.

WATTERS: You know I'm Watters. And this is my world right here, senator.

MCCAIN: Yes. But, you see, in "Watters' World," you can alienate literally everybody you talk to. So, that would make you a great senator.

(LAUGHTER)

WATTERS: Thank you, I guess.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Someone must get the wrong idea around here.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

O'REILLY: All right, you didn't -- Schumer wouldn't give you advice.

WATTERS: No. He ran away.

O'REILLY: I was surprised that Schumer -- he didn't want any part of it. Al Franken, --

WATTERS: I know.

O'REILLY: -- "Talk to my" --

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: I know. Bernie Sanders was the worst. He was withdrawing cash from an ATM and I said, "You know, I'd like to talk to you, Senator. I'm from THE O'REILLY FACTOR."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

He grabbed his cash and ran away like I was going to stick him up.

O'REILLY: You mean, the socialist senator grabs cash?

WATTERS: Yes, he actually went to --

O'REILLY: I thought he was on the barter thing.

(LAUGHTER)

He trades maple syrup for suits.

(LAUGHTER)

See, that's what you do in socialist land.

WATTERS: That's right.

O'REILLY: So, I think everybody is having a good laugh about this on Capitol Hill, right.

WATTERS: I think so. And I think the general consensus is she's not going to do the interview, --

O'REILLY: Yes.

WATTERS: -- especially after tonight.

O'REILLY: Yes.

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: She's not going to do the interview.

O'REILLY: After tonight, all right. But I want you to keep trying, all right.

WATTERS: I will do my best.

O'REILLY: So, we'll -- I'm going to send her some sourdough bread --

(LAUGHTER)

-- and an autograph from Willie Mays, --

(END VIDEO CLIP)

-- may favorite baseball player.

WATTERS: Sourdough bread. You think that's going to do it.

O'REILLY: Sourdough bread. And San Francisco makes the best.

WATTERS: OK.

O'REILLY: And then Willie Mays. He's a San Francisco icon. New York, icon, too. He's my favorite guy. I got a couple of signatures in the summer.

WATTERS: OK.

O'REILLY: So, we'll try to bribe her to doing the interview.

WATTERS: That's right. I think she's up for bribe.

O'REILLY: Jesse Watters, everybody. He said that, not me.
