UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 1: Everyone cares a ton about how they look.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 1: Sure.

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JULIA ROBERTS, ACTRESS: Great, let's get started.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Do you think you're giving a sexy vibe off right now.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE 2: Probably not.

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP, TELEVISION PERSONALITY AND BUSINESS MAGNATE: You're fired.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 2: The sexy people just flock here. Everyone is equally sexy on this campus.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 3: Hmm, sure.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SACHA BARON COHEN, ACTOR: Sexy time, yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: What have you done to contribute to that sexiness.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Hi, I'm 20.

SEAN CONNERY, ACTOR: But of course, you are.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 6: We're all really, really good-looking.

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 7: We're very well-behaved, classy, non-high maintenance girls.

WATTERS: Being that sexy, does it have a downside to it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE 3: I mean, heavy is the head that wears the crown, I suppose.

(LAUGHTER)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: A stunning piece of work.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: What is sexy according to you.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 2: Sexy is smart.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 8: Focusing on school is a little more important than looking sexy in class.

WATTERS: Brains are sexy, you're saying.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 8: I think so.

WATTERS: Because I'm really smart.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 8: I wouldn't know that just looking at you.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(LAUGHTER)

ADAM SANDLER, ACTOR: Shut up!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: The helmet you're wearing, is that sexy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 3: Sure, why not.

JIM CARREY, ACTOR: Oh, Billy.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Who's a sexy guy, in your opinion.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: Tall, smart and confident.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: OK.

WATTERS: Is it hard for you to be this sexy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 3: Am I making it hard.

(LAUGHTER)

WATTERS: How do you walk sexy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 10: You have to put a little hip into it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 11: It's impressive.

WATTERS: Do you, guys, sprinkle rose petals on your bed in your dorm room.

UNIDENTIFIED GROUP OF FEMALES: No.

(LAUGHTER)

WATTERS: Do you take a lot of bubble baths here.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: No.

WATTERS: You, guys, too busy studying.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: Yes.

WATTERS: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: And being sexy.

WATTERS: And being sexy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 9: Yes.

WATTERS: Which way is the gym.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DAVID SPADE, ACTOR: Don't give her the weight room thing.

CHRIS FARLEY, ACTOR: Do you know where the weight room is. I'll check it on.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: What is your opinion of Bill.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 7: Cool guy. He's sexy, he's Wisconsin sexy.

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE 1: If you could put a tutorial on how you tie your tie knots.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

O'REILLY: Women love the neckwear. I don't know why. I don't know what the psychology is.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Is this a sexy moment right now.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 1: Umm, I don't know if I would define it as that but --

WATTERS: No?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 1: No.

WATTERS: Am I doing anything wrong.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE 1: No, you're just being yourself.

(LAUGHTER)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

(LAUGHTER)

O'REILLY: You didn't exactly fit in with that crowd.

WATTERS: No. I felt a little old there for the first time. I feel like I'm getting up there.

O'REILLY: Now, on Thursday, we have the least --

WATTERS: Least sexy.

O'REILLY: -- college of the United States.

WATTERS: Yes.

O'REILLY: We don't want to say who it is.

WATTERS: Right.

O'REILLY: But you've already been there.

WATTERS: I've already been there. And there are some controversy involved. It's a hotly-contested ranking.

O'REILLY: But it seemed that the students at the University of Wisconsin were kind of happy with this moniker.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Yes, they're very proud of that. I mean, why wouldn't you be.

O'REILLY: Well, whoa! You know, in the Vietnam era when I was college, you would've gotten beat up if you said, "Hey!" Because you had to be socially conscious.

And we reject all of that. Don't you know, that's what was going on in the 60s and 70s.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

WATTERS: Oh, now, OK. So, this is now like a progressive thing to be liberal and sexy, open with your sexuality.

O'REILLY: Madison was a very hotbed, radical place. And if you had gone here 40 years ago and said, "Hey," they would have thrown you right into the river.

WATTERS: Right. I think, now, they're embracing their sexuality.

O'REILLY: They are.

WATTERS: And I think everybody is happy for it.

O'REILLY: OK. Well, that the way it came across, Watters.

(LAUGHTER)

So, Watters will be back on Thursday with the --

WATTERS: The follow-up.
