GREG GUTFELD, CO-HOST: So how hard up is the Obama campaign?

(BEGIN WEB VIDEO CLIP)

LENA DUNHAM, ACTRESS: The first time shouldn't with just anybody. You want to do it with a great guy.

It should be with a guy who's beautiful, someone who really cares about and understands women. A guy who cares whether you get health insurance, specifically whether you get birth control.

My first time voting was amazing. It was this line in the sand. Before I was a girl, now I was a woman.

I went to the polling station, pulled back the curtain, I voted for Barack Obama.

(END WEB VIDEO CLIP)

GUTFELD: Yes, it's the political equivalent of a booty call, 3:00 a.m. in his campaign and this is who he dials.

So, actress Lena Dunham describes voting for Obama like it's losing your virginity. Now, the left thinks the right is flipping out over this. Please. We flip out over real stuff like Benghazi.

So the ad hangs on a tire joke, one that exposes how the left loves to think they are risky when they are as edgy really as a racquetball. Now, they want you to freak out to fulfill their stereotypical fantasy that you're old and stodgy.

Sorry, this lame gag makes Clint's empty chair look shakes Shakespearean. But it shows that as long as you're a lib, you get a pass.

If the right had compared women voting for Obama to losing it, the people lauding Lena would be screaming sexism.

I love metaphors but this one fails because the first time is rarely your best. Usually for guy, you're nervous and drunk. For a girl, it's usually with a sweet-talking charmer who lied to gain your trust. Sound familiar?

Anyway, you think as a feminist, Lena would think work would matter more. But she already got that cool HBO gig, unemployment among women is really meaningless. Instead, free pills, please?

Now, who is to say her metaphor isn't true? After all, you vote for Obama, you do get screwed.

ERIC BOLLING, CO-HOST: Nice.

GUTFELD: Thank you.

I love metaphors. I do. I use lots of them. And some of them are terrible. But at least they're original.

This is so old, Andrea. And they want you to get mad. They want you to scream and yell and say I can't believe this. But it's just silly.

ANDREA TANTAROS, CO-HOST: It's something you'd see on a college campus for like the student body president, not for president of the United States. It's true.

I thought we already did go with President Obama four years ago and we did get screwed.

It's hurt the last four years. It's been bad. We didn't like it at all. So, I don't understand the whole point of this ad.

I do think it's weird that she has the same last name as Obama's mom, though. Bizarre.

DANA GUTFELD, CO-HOST: I didn't notice that.

PERINO: She has been to Kenya.

GUTFELD: There is a conspiracy waiting to happen.

What do you think, Michelle, our great first lady thinks of this?

PERINO: You know, how a lot of ads they have to say, I'm Barack Obama and I approve this message. Who approved this message? Valerie Jarrett, Anita Dunn? Who is in the White House? Stephanie Cutter?

Like who thought this was a great idea. I'll tell you who. Two of the top guys at Obama campaign were tweeting this out like crazy, coolest thing they ever heard.

Instead, one of the thing it talks about is the gender gap with women on the campaign. There is also one with men, in particular, men who are fathers. A lot of them are fathers of daughters whose worst nightmare is thinking about this. It just got a lot of desperation and it's very tacky.

I don't like it.

TANTAROS: He is a father to two daughters.

PERINO: I know.

TANTAROS: It's a little weird.

GUTFELD: I bet he had no idea about that, right?

BOLLING: I think it's genius.

GUTFELD: Yes? Why?

BOLLING: I think the smartest thing the campaign has done, because we have been talking about Benghazi. Obama is on the hook for Benghazi. This takes the debate off of Benghazi and puts it back on birth control.

And, by the way, the only time Obama made any strides at all was when he was talking about this kind of stuff over the summer. Remember that whole contraceptive thing, bishop. He wants to get back to that.

(CROSSTALK)

BOB BECKEL, CO-HOST: I can't believe we're talking about it.

GUTFELD: There's five people right now, Bob.

BECKEL: I know. That's what I mean.

PERINO: And now, 3 million know.

BOLLING: They're all over the media.

PERINO: Bob, would you have approved that message?

BECKEL: I would not have approved it, but I don't think it's all that bad. In fact, when you talk about the left getting pass on this, when the right can get a pass on saying that somebody who's raped and gets pregnant because God wanted it to be that way --

GUTFELD: We don't make it to a campaign ad? We hate it, too.

PERINO: It was on that day when all of us here that I work with, before talking to anybody, that guy should be out. He's up in the polls.

Not because anyone here suggested it.

TANTAROS: Do you think rape is a winning campaign issue? I mean, it's been about rape, and abortion and birth control and it hasn't helped the Democrats.

BECKEL: I think demographic and turn-out are winning issues. That's what it's all about right now. The race is basically tied. It's about who can turn out their votes. Obama is in a much better position to do that.

GUTFELD: OK. We've settled this, haven't we? Group hug.
