SEAN HANNITY, HOST: And as we inch closer and closer to Election Day, it is very important to remember that President Obama is not the only opponent that Mitt Romney is facing out there on the campaign trail. Because team Obama has another very powerful force in their corner. That of course being the mainstream Obama-mania media.

Now, during a recent interview with former Governor New Hampshire Governor John Sununu, who is in fact a Romney supporter, a left-wing anchor attempted to rattle off some Obama talking points. And unfortunately for her, Governor Sununu was there to set the record straight.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP, MSNBC JULY 10)

JOHN SUNUNU, R-FORMER NEW HAMPSHIRE GOVERNOR: Mitt Romney outsourced zero. Obama outsourced 29.

ANDREA MITCHELL, NBC NEWS CHIEF FOREIGN AFFAIRS CORRESPONDENT: Zero?

SUNUNU: Zero. He wasn't there when those issues came up.

MITCHELL: Well, first of all, the $29 billion are not all outsourced from the administration because...

SUNUNU: Sure they are.

MITCHELL: A lot of those jobs still remained here. There are jobs, when you do a grant, Governor, there are jobs here as well as overseas.

SUNUNU: (LAUGHING). You're struggling, Andrea. You're struggling.

MITCHELL: Well, first of all --

SUNUNU: (LAUGHING)

MITCHELL: First of all, these are competing claims and we will get back to you with all of the numbers.

SUNUNU: Sure.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HANNITY: Call me crazy, but I am willing to bet that the Governor's still waiting for those job numbers or those numbers.

Joining me now for what is sure to be a lively debate, the man you just heard from, Romney -- (LAUGHTER) -- even Juan Williams is laughing.

JUAN WILLIAMS, FOX NEWS POLITICAL ANALYST: Well, I love the Governor. I know him well. I bet he's amused by this.

HANNITY: Well, you guys used to host "Crossfire" together.

WILLIAMS: We did many years ago.

SUNUNU: Juan's a dear friend, a dear friend.

HANNITY: All right. Governor Sununu -- by the way, did she ever get back to you with those numbers?

SUNUNU: No. But, you know, the interesting thing was that she was trying to tell me that because a little money stays in the U.S. and a lot of money goes overseas, it doesn't mean it's outsourcing. I think the -- her tongue got in front of her eye teeth and she couldn't see what she was saying.

HANNITY: Ouch. All right. Let's go to the heart and the substance of the issue, Governor, because Stephanie Cutter, campaign manager for Obama goes out there today suggesting that Mitt Romney may be a criminal -- may have committed a felony by saying that he was not at Bain during the years when in fact Bain Capital was outsourcing jobs. He has been saying that this happened afterwards. Now, the other issue to this, and I don't want to go too long here, is Obama -- go ahead.

SUNUNU: Let's take them one at a time.

HANNITY: You bet.

SUNUNU: Let's take them one at a time.

HANNITY: You go right ahead.

SUNUNU: Look, can you imagine how dumb this president is introducing the concept of felony into the discourse when this president comes out of Chicago politics, where felony and politics are sometimes a synonym? This is a president whose next door neighbor was Tony Rezko. And President Obama's first real big revenue were real estate deals that had odd coincidences in time and space with a felon, Tony Rezko.

This is a president whose political training was jowl to cheek with politicians, like convicted felons like Rod Blagojevich. And this President is dumb enough to introduce the concept of felon into the discourse, with a guy as clean as Mitt Romney? This president is not smart at all.

WILLIAMS: But Governor, look, all of that is character assassination, and you know, guilt by association.

SUNUNU: But it's all true --

WILLIAMS: But the fact is -- hang on. Just the fact is that what the Boston Globe reported today was that there was the signature of Mitt Romney on security SEC documents that said that he was running Bain after he claims he had left Bain and was not involved in any decisions that led to the loss of jobs overseas.

SUNUNU: Juan.

WILLIAMS: That is not legal.

SUNUNU: Juan, don't let your blind loyalty to this president make you sound foolish.

WILLIAMS: Oh, come on.

(TALKING OVER EACH OTHER)

HANNITY: One at a time.

SUNUNU: Let me explain. Let me explain.

HANNITY: Yes.

SUNUNU: Let me explain. When Mitt Romney went to run the Olympics in 1999, it was to prepare the Olympics for 2002. He spent three years, 24/7 running that operation. Unfortunately, this president knows so little about management that he thinks you can be running something like fixing the Olympic problem 24/7 and still be managing Bain. There is no reality to that.

WILLIAMS: Well, the question then is, why did he sign -- why did he sign a document if the document wasn't true? This is just like, why does he have off-shore accounts --

SUNUNU: He didn't sign a document that wasn't true. He signed a document that was true.

(TALKING OVER EACH OTHER)

WILLIAMS: -- to release the tax returns -- if everything is kosher, put the tax returns on the table. His father is the guy that firs said, if you are running for president, the American people deserve to know how you managed your money, where you have your investments. This guy has off-shore accounts, Governor.

SUNUNU: So do 95 percent of the Democrats in Congress. And for the Democrats to suggest that this is a negative issue is they're trying to take the eye off the fact that this President has ruined the American economy by failing to do anything.

HANNITY: All right. Let me jump in here.

SUNUNU: -- to begin to bring jobs back.

HANNITY: Let me jump in here. Because the Governor is right. Nancy Pelosi invests in a company, making money in a company that invests in outsourced jobs to India, I'm sorry, to Asia. You've got Debbie Wasserman Schultz, investments in Swiss Banks, foreign drug companies in the Bank of India. You got Valerie Jarrett has a Bermuda Bank account --

WILLIAMS: Are they running for president?

HANNITY: Hang on a second. Well, they have -- well Nancy Pelosi was second in line to be president --

(TALKING OVER EACH OTHER)

WILLIAMS: They are not running for president. They are not being held to a higher standard.

HANNITY: Relax. Let me finish.

WILLIAMS: The American people want to know who is going to be their president, where is this money, has he paid his taxes?

HANNITY: Twenty nine billion taxpayer dollars have been spent.

(TALKING OVER EACH OTHER)

HANNITY: -- outsourcing jobs to Finland, Brazil, Denmark, China, the Dominican Republic, Mexico. That's real money. Governor, go ahead.

SUNUNU: Juan, the only reason you know that Mitt Romney -- in his blind trust, which he does not manage -- the only reason you know that that blind trust had foreign accounts is that Mitt Romney told you that. He wasn't hiding anything.

HANNITY: You know what, we only discovered --

SUNUNU: And to try and do the character assassination, to try and do the character assassination that this president has been trying to do, in my opinion, makes everything that people are saying about this president true, that he is incompetent, that he is dishonest and that he has failed the American voters.

WILLIAMS: Well, all you are doing is you're attacking President Obama. I am here and I am saying to you, what's going on with Mitt Romney? He is allowing President Obama to define him as a guy who is secretive, who is not coming forward, who has apparently deceived the Securities and Exchange Commission about when he was running Bain.

SUNUNU: No, he didn't deceive anybody.

WILLIAMS: This is not helping Mitt Romney.

SUNUNU: Juan --

WILLIAMS: His campaign should take control of these issues, Governor.

SUNUNU: Juan, he did not deceive anybody. And if you are going to be responsible for that kind of a statement, I am going to remind you about that until your dying days.

WILLIAMS: All right.

SUNUNU: That is not true.

WILLIAMS: But he signed the SEC form, sir.

SUNUNU: He was still in paper, an officer of the company. But he was spending all of his management time on the Olympics and was doing no management, even the managing partner of Bain, who was a Democrat that ran for the Senate as a Democrat in Massachusetts said what the president is saying is preposterous.
