If you watched "The Factor" last night you saw me run down a number of crucial areas where American leadership is lacking. We posted that T-Points on BillO'Reilly.com.

Now the main point is that President Obama's leadership is lacking in a number of areas; the gas situation being the latest. But the Republican candidates have not seized the advantage because they are squabbling among themselves over minor issues. The next G.O.P. vote in Tuesday... is Tuesday in Michigan and Arizona.

The latest Rasmussen poll is Mitt Romney now out front of in Michigan, 40 percent; Rick Santorum 34 percent; Ron Paul 10; Newt Gingrich 9. In Arizona, Rasmussen says Romney leads with 42 percent; Santorum 29; Gingrich 16; Paul 8.

So it looks like Mitt Romney has gained some momentum this week. If the Governor does win Michigan and Arizona it will be very hard to stop him as Super Tuesday is coming up fast on March 6th.

But let's be honest. Mitt Romney has not shown enough leadership to make millions of Republicans comfortable with him. Again the Governor has been caught up in his past defending his record in Massachusetts.

But what we the people really need are candidates who will look to the future. Right now there are three areas of great concern. Gas prices are at their highest level ever in February, even when demand in America has fallen to its lowest levels since 1997.

However, as we've been reporting the oil companies are sending products overseas, gasoline exports have doubled over the past two years. Under President Obama gas prices in the U.S.A. have also nearly doubled. Obviously we need some relief or the economy may slide back into recession.

Overseas, Muslim jihadists are now on the march again. In Afghanistan some soldiers made a mistake and burned some Korans while cleaning up at the Bagram Air Force Base. Well, now, Afghan militants are running wild. This infuriates me. After 10 years and nearly 2,000 American dead, we should expect more from the Afghan people than scenes like this.

On the debt front as we all know there is no relief. Predictions are President Obama's re-elected, the national debt will rise to $20 trillion dollars by 2016. Even those who support Barack Obama are having some doubts about his leadership. If you vote for the President this time around, you are again voting on hope, that his policies will finally begin improving the country.

Leadership is the key to getting this country back to prosperity. The question; do any of these guys in either party have what it takes?

And that's "The Memo."

Pinheads & Patriots

Model/businesswoman Tyra Banks has completed her studies at Harvard.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TYRA BANKS, RECENTLY GRADUATED FROM HARVARD PROGRAM: In the beginning I was like, "Oh, yes, I'm going Harvard Business School in, you know, Executives. And I'll be at the Four Seasons down the street."

And they were like, "Girl, you're going to be in the dorms."

I was like "What?" I freaked, freaked, freaked out. And now I wouldn't have it any other way. Now, it's like summer camp.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

O'REILLY: All right. Now, when you go to Harvard, you should not be saying, "I was like." That's not grammatically correct.

Ms. Banks was awarded a Harvard certificate, saying that she completed a management program at the school. It's not an academic diploma, but it is impressive. She attended classes for nine weeks. It cost Tyra Banks $100,000 to do that.

I think Ms. Banks is a "Patriot" for trying to improve herself, but that kind of tuition may be "Pinheaded."
