And now some fresh pickings from the Political Grapevine...
President Obama made it very clear during his State of the Union address that he wanted wealthy Americans to pay their fair share in taxes.
However, a recent report from the IRS shows thousands of federal and postal employees still owe taxes for 2010 to the tune of a combined one billion dollars, with a "b".
Postal workers are the worst offenders owing $270 million.
On Capitol Hill, 684 staffers owe $10.6 million.
As for Treasury Department employees, including the IRS, 1,100 people owe $9.3 million in back taxes.
And even President Obama's own executive employees made the list.
36 staffers in the Executive Office of the President owe a combined $834,000 in unpaid federal taxes.
President Obama and his attorney were both no shows today in an Atlanta courtroom for a hearing challenging President Obama's citizenship and qualification to be on the March primary ballot there.
After listening to hours of detailed arguments the judge did not set a timeline for a ruling. The president's attorney had written to the Georgia secretary of state imploring him to -- quote -- "...bring an end to this baseless, costly, and unproductive hearing."
The secretary of state responded with a warning that if they failed to appear -- quote -- "You do so at your own peril."
The Obama campaign has said -- quote -- "As courts around the country have ruled time and again, these claims have no merit."
Finally, Ed Henry mentioned Arizona Republican Governor Jan Brewer's tense exchange with President Obama on an airport tarmac Wednesday that included a discussion about Brewer's book "Scorpions for Breakfast."
Well, it seems the buzz has been a boon for the memoir that is now number one on Amazon's sales ranker after jumping to 20th place.
That is an increase of over one million percent over the last 24 hours.
