BILL O'REILLY, FOX NEWS HOST: In the "At Your Beck and Call" segment tonight, our pal Beck is back from a nice vacation in a warm climate. But he's still stone cold about "Obamacare." That is where we begin this evening.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

O'REILLY: So, Beck, you've been saying for a while that you don't like Obamacare. You feel that it's unconstitutional, bad for the country, and on and on.

GLENN BECK, FOX NEWS HOST: It's going to destroy us.

O'REILLY: OK, going to destroy the country. Next week they're going to vote -- they the Republicans in the House -- to repeal. Many of us feel it's a largely symbolic vote because the president will veto, even if it did get through.

BECK: That is fantastic. Let him veto it.

O'REILLY: OK.

BECK: This guy is a political coward. He hasn't -- tell me -- tell me -- every time it's crunch time. They need him and he's, like, in a foreign country. I don't know where he is. He's always some place else. Every time. He doesn't take responsibility for anything.

O'REILLY: Well, he has, though, on a Obamacare. That's his signature legislation. He is behind it. He can't get out of it.

BECK: Let him have it alone. Let him have it alone. Let him -- for two reasons. One, I'm not sure if he vetoes it.

O'REILLY: Can I -- would you like to bet your house? Because I'll bet you my house there is no way.

BECK: If you'll take it. I'm (UNINTELLIGIBLE) to sell it. Will you take it?

O'REILLY: There's no way -- this is what I'm trying to get across to guys like you. There's no way at all that -- he has to...

BECK: I agree with you. I agree with you that 99.9 percent chance he vetoes it.

O'REILLY: Right.

BECK: That's fine. Let him have it and own it alone. Alone.

O'REILLY: OK. And that's a legitimate thing.

BECK: It only takes four senators, four. I talked to these people at Generation America. And this is a group of -- this is actually a guy. He was watching the country being destroyed with Obamacare, and AARP really made him angry. And he said they've sold them down for money. They've sold out our older generation for money.

O'REILLY: Well, there is -- there is an absolute legitimate beef against AARP.

BECK: Sold them out.

O'REILLY: Because they sell the Medigap insurance.

BECK: Yes.

O'REILLY: And they make tons of money doing it.

BECK: Correct.

O'REILLY: So it's better for them to have Obama care.

BECK: Right. And people trusted that they would say. So when they endorsed it and said, "No, I think this is going to be good," they didn't reveal that they sell the gap insurance.

O'REILLY: Yes, but we did on "The Factor." We've been pounding these guys for years at AARP.

BECK: You're right. Absolutely right.

O'REILLY: Megyn Kelly on this program yesterday said that she believes the Supreme Court will hear this year about the mandate forcing you to buy insurance.

BECK: I hope so.

O'REILLY: And rule it unconstitutional.

BECK: I hope so.

O'REILLY: So all of this might just be moot.

BECK: That would be great.

O'REILLY: Would that restore your faith in America, Beck?

BECK: Yes. I have tremendous faith in America.

O'REILLY: But you said the country's being destroyed.

BECK: It is. I have faith in America, and it's being destroyed. I have faith. It is unconstitutional.

O'REILLY: I think so.

BECK: If it goes to the Supreme Court this year, that's great. But if you allow this all -- this structure to be built and implemented, you're never going to...

O'REILLY: Republicans aren't going to do that that's why they got elected last November.

All right. Now, on your website, what is it, CrazyBeck.com? Or what is your website? What's the name of it?

BECK: I think it's easy to remember. It's GlennBeck.com.

O'REILLY: Oh, OK. You have pictures of you on vacation...

BECK: Yes.

O'REILLY: ... building sand castles.

BECK: Well, I started with a sand castle. I never...

O'REILLY: What is that, a lion?

BECK: That's a lizard.

O'REILLY: A lizard.

BECK: I've never -- I've never built a sand castle before. That's a sharktupus.

O'REILLY: Ooh.

BECK: My kids were afraid of a shark and an octopus, so the last day...

O'REILLY: Let me break it to you. Let me break this to you: Your kids are afraid of you. All right.

BECK: Can I tell you something? A 4-year-old girl, her dad came by and said, "What is that?"

And I said, "A sharktopus."

And he laughed. And he said, "I've got to go get my family." He brought his family back down the beach, and his 4-year-old daughter stood about -- I don't know -- 15, 20 feet away from it, started crying, "No, no. You can't." Ran away.

O'REILLY: Scaring kids on vacation.

BECK: That's what I do best.

O'REILLY: I know. So -- so was your whole vacation building sand castles, built around the architecture?

BECK: Pretty much. I started with -- I started with sand castles. We were doing the drip sand. I'd never done it before. And I said, "We've got to get a bucket." And then I was quickly bored with the sand castles.

O'REILLY: Yes.

BECK: And then we got shovels, and it got ugly...

O'REILLY: Right.

BECK: ... quickly. The dragon.

O'REILLY: You know, lightning hits them, they become alive.

BECK: Sharktopus or the dragons?

O'REILLY: All of them.

BECK: All of them?

O'REILLY: Yes.

BECK: Where is that 4-year-old girl? Listen to Bill.

O'REILLY: So...

BECK: Yes.

O'REILLY: ... New Year's resolutions. Any -- anything for us?

BECK: I'd like to be more busy around 8 p.m. Eastern.

Be a better dad. My New Year's resolution...

O'REILLY: That's nice.

BECK: ... be a better dad. I want to read more to my kids.

O'REILLY: But I was going to say, the reason why it would be more busy is because you can see what you missed at 5 p.m. when we come on at 8 p.m. "h, I should have done that!" I know how frustrating that might be.

BECK: See what it is? Yes. That's just what he does.

O'REILLY: Glenn Beck, everybody. First appearance in 2011.

BECK: Thank you, sir.
