GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: Actor and body builder Lou Ferrigno was training Michael Jackson for his big comeback tour in London. Now, Lou has known Michael for 15 years. He started training Michael four months ago for the tour and saw him for the last time three weeks ago.
Lou, nice to see you. And Lou, when you saw Michael Jackson three weeks ago, describe him for us.
LOU FERRIGNO, ACTOR, JACKSON'S PERSONAL TRAINER: Well, when I saw Michael about the end of May, a few weeks ago, apparently, he was in great condition because I trained him for a couple of months, and he looked lean to me but he did all the exercises I told him to do. And apparently, he seemed well. He did all the exercises. And he was very animated, very energetic. And he was as happy as he could be. And this is quite a shock I'm hearing all this.
VAN SUSTEREN: Did you see any needle marks? And was his -- when he was working with you, did he have long sleeves, short sleeves, long pants, short pants on?
FERRIGNO: Well, when I saw him, he came -- we trained, he had, like, a black suit on, black pants, black shirt and everything, black shoes. And one time, he took his jacket off, and I didn't see any sign of needle marks because, apparently, we were exercising. So he looked fine to me because I remember I trained him 15 years ago. At the time, I was keeping his privacy as a friendship, but he did not appear to look any different. So that's why it was surprising. I don't know what happened the last month.
VAN SUSTEREN: Between the time 15 years ago when you first met him and three weeks ago, did he seem, you know, as lucid? Did he seem to be under the influence of any drugs at all?
FERRIGNO: No, not really because compared to 15 years ago until I saw him again -- when I first saw him again a few months ago, he gave me a hug and everything. And he was excited about the training. I trained him, like, two to three times a week at his house. He could not come to my house because everyone would follow him, so I went to his house. He had the children around him and he seemed very fun and loving. And you know, I'll be the first one if I recognize any foul play, any kind of use of drugs. That never -- I never suspected anything like that.
VAN SUSTEREN: How was he around the children? Was he a good father?
FERRIGNO: Great father. He was a great friend. And we had a great connection because Michael was a genuine -- he was a close friend of mine because when we were together, it was like Lou and Michael. It wasn't like the icon Michael Jackson and the actor Lou Ferrigno. So apparently, it was a lot of fun because we had a lot of similarities. And around his children, he was fun and loving, and he was a great -- he was playing the role of a mom and dad. And the beauty about it is that Michael told me that he was not lonely anymore. And he seemed very happy, very excited about doing his tour.
VAN SUSTEREN: Well, a lot of people were looking forward to seeing that tour, and it certainly was going to sell like hotcakes. It already had sold out quite a lot. Lou, thank you.
FERRIGNO: Thank you, Greta.
