ALAN COLMES, CO-HOST: This is a FOX News alert.

Two of the four remaining suspects in the O.J. hotel break-in case have voluntarily turned themselves in. We're told they are being interviewed, and no word on whether they will be arrested. Two others are still on the loose.

Meanwhile, O.J. is behind bars tonight, being held without bail in connection to last week's alleged armed robbery in Las Vegas. He's supposed to remain in jail until at least Wednesday when he's said to appear before a judge. We're now learning that O.J. Simpson's lawyer will try to get his client out of jail before the scheduled arraignment.

Also, a chilling audiotape obtained by TMZ.com could prove to be the smoking gun in the case against O.J. Simpson:

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

O.J. SIMPSON, ACCUSED OF ARMED ROBBERY: Don't let nobody out this room, Mother (bleep)! Think you can steal my (bleep) and sell it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.

SIMPSON: Don't let nobody out of here. Mother (bleep), you think you can steal my (bleep)?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Mind your own business.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Look at this (bleep).

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Get over there.

SIMPSON: You think you can steal my (beep)?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Backs to the wall.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I was trying to get past you.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Walk your (bleep) over there.

SIMPSON: Think you can steal my (bleep)?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Mike took it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You, against the mother (bleep) wall.

SIMPSON: I know (bleep) Mike took.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Search him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I know what Brian's trying to prove.

SIMPSON: I always thought you were a straight shooter.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I'm cool. I am.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stand up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So, so.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Get your mother (bleep) up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stand the (bleep) up.

COLMES: The man who allegedly set up the so-called sting operation spoke exclusively with Geraldo yesterday, giving his take on exactly what went down inside that Las Vegas hotel room.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TOM RICCIO, WAS AT ROBBERY SCENE: It was very scary, Geraldo.

GERALDO RIVERA, FOX NEWS HOST: Was it menacing, Tom Riccio? Was it menacing?

RICCIO: Of course it was. You know, any time someone has a gun and they're wheeling around — and they seem, he seemed, you know, like he meant business. Like I said, it was scary. And he was ordering people not to touch anything on the bed, and you know, while the rest of the posse was grabbing everything. And at the end, he ordered O.J. to leave. He said, "Let's get out of here right now," and O.J. was still yelling at the guys.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

COLMES: Meanwhile, the day before O.J. was arrested, he was all smiles, looking unfazed as he headed to a wedding.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Can you tell us a little bit about what's going on first?

SIMPSON: It's a wedding. I'm not (INAUDIBLE) You have to ask them. I ain't dealing with that. Enjoy. God bless. God bless. Well, you saw it on TV. I ain't got nothing to say. I didn't do nothing wrong.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

COLMES: With us is Ron Goldman's sister, Kim Goldman. Kim, we appreciate you coming on our show tonight. Thank you very much.

KIM GOLDMAN, SISTER OF RON GOLDMAN: Thanks for having me.

COLMES: What was your reaction when you first heard about all this?

GOLDMAN: Oh, God, I was relieved in some way that he was arrested. I was excited. I was a little emotional, much like my father, but now the apprehension sets in and the nervousness.

COLMES: Why apprehension and nervousness?

GOLDMAN: Because the system hasn't been incredibly kind to us over the years. And although I want to put my faith in it and I want to believe that it's going to work to protect victims and people that allege crimes against them, and I hope that they prosecute him if, in fact, he is guilty of this, but I don't know.

COLMES: Are you looking at this as an attempt or a possibility of getting the justice you didn't get the first time around?

GOLDMAN: It would be sweet if he would spend some time behind bars. I've heard rumors of it being, you know, 90 years he could spend in jail. I don't know. I don't want to get ahead of myself. I don't want to think too big just yet, but I'm gonna be watching closely. That's for sure.

COLMES: We just played a bit of the audiotape that people are talking about that TMZ had. When you heard that tape, what was your reaction to that? And did it confirm your view of him as a human being?

GOLDMAN: Oh, you know, I heard the 911 tapes all over again. I mean, I heard the anger and the hostility and the rage. Regular people don't do that, you know? And this is the person who's threatened Nicole, who threatened Ron and Nicole that night. I mean, this is how an abuser and a killer works. So, it was alarming to hear it.

COLMES: It brought back a lot of those old feelings.

GOLDMAN: Yeah, I immediately reminded myself, you know, of the 911 tapes and the fear that Nicole must have felt those couple times that she called in and how the people in the hotel room must have been feeling, but this is — this is — who he is. He thinks he's above the law and he can just storm [into] rooms and demand his stuff and take no prisoners. Or maybe in this case he did take prisoners.

COLMES: It's kind of odd that your father has this book out now and, at the same time, this is happening. Has the oddness of that been lost on you at all?

GOLDMAN: Uh, you know, it's so surreal. The last couple of days have been incredibly surreal. We haven't had a moment to touch down and to really just to soak it all in. The book, you know, I hope in some way — he — it drove him to destruction. You know, we were able to snatch away an asset of his that he worked so hard to create. I hope that people read it. I hope that people are reminded of who he is. Um, but here he is again just taking the law into his own hands, and hopefully he'll get reprimanded this time.

COLMES: What was your reaction to Denise Brown not wanting to go on Oprah with you to talk about all this?

GOLDMAN: I was disappointed. You know — I don't — I wish that there wasn't this animus between our two families. I wish that her, the venom that she has for my father and I, I wish that she would turn it and put it on the person that put us all here. Um, I realize that she's in a tough spot with pointing the finger at Justin and Sydney for having been involved in this book deal and the sham company that laundered the money through it. But you know what? She's entitled to her opinion. She's a grieving sister, just like I am, and, you know, I hope that we don't have to continue this. It's a ridiculous waste of energy.

SEAN HANNITY, CO-HOST: Hey, Kim, welcome back to the program. Sean Hannity here. I found this an odd coincidence. On the very day you guys released the book, is the day this is all happening. Did you find that a coincidence?

GOLDMAN: No, I honestly didn't. And now to hear that it's been going on for three weeks, I don't think it's a coincidence. You know, nothing surprises me, to be honest with you. We've joked about, you know, "welcome to the chaos of our life." He loves and thrives off of his notoriety, and I don't know. I don't know what to make of it, but here we are again.

HANNITY: Now, I was a little disturbed, in part, by the Oprah Winfrey interview. In this sense, she used the term "blood money" for the book here. You had a civil judgment for you and your family. He would have gotten the money had you and your dad not been diligent and not pursued him. Um, did that offend you as much as it did me?

GOLDMAN: It offends me when people don't understand why we're pursuing this. You know, we, the civil system only awards damages in a financial sense. They award you compensatory damages to compensate you for your pain and suffering and punitive damages to punish the person that inflicted that you on. That's all we have. Anything that he does is gonna generate blood money. That's what it's called when he earns it. When we get it, it's justice. And I don't expect everybody to understand it.

HANNITY: Well, I think that's a good point, because I don't think a person has walked a day in your life since you lost your brother and your dad lost his son, in this particular case, I've got to tell you — I found it very hard to read. And I've been reading the book, because I do think it's important to get into the mind of this guy. I've always thought he was guilty here. I always thought he got away with this.

When you first read it, and I spoke to you earlier, you read it cover to cover. That had to have been one of the hardest things you've ever done.

GOLDMAN: You know, it was difficult to read, because it was listening to the mind of an abuser and the mind of, you know, a killer, and having his recount, and how he paints Nicole out to be this horrible human being, and basically that she deserved to die. And that mentality is just sickening to me. And then to listen to how he taunted Ron, it was incredibly painful. You know, my brother died with his eyes open, and he watched his killer walk away. And to know that he was taunted right before then is incredibly sad and painful for us.

HANNITY: He describes this as a scene where he himself blacked out in here, but he also talks about another person, an accomplice in this case. Do you believe that?

GOLDMAN: No, I — I believe the "Charlie" character to be either his alter ego or his subconscious. I don't — there's no evidence to demonstrate there was anybody else there. And you know what? It doesn't make any sense. Again, we're trying to make logic out of someone who's a crazy person. So I can't even try to...

HANNITY: Are you gonna stay involved in this? Are you going to pay very close attention to this? And what do you want, ultimately, to happen to him?

GOLDMAN: I am absolutely going to pay attention. You know, unfortunately, you know, every time that he rears his ugly head, it impacts our family. I'm going to watch. I'm gonna hope that he's held accountable for what he's done, and I hope that he's not afforded any free luxuries that any other person would be given.

COLMES: Kim, thank you very much for coming on. We appreciate it very much. Thanks for your time tonight.

GOLDMAN: Thanks for having me.
