Education Secretary Arne Duncan is calling the shootings at a suburban Cleveland high school an "unspeakable tragedy."Authorities say one student was killed and four others were wounded Monday at Chardon High in Ohio after a teenager opened fire in the cafeteria.Duncan says in a statement that preliminary reports indicate a teacher chased the shooter out of the school. He says without the response of school leaders, it could have been worse. He says thoughts are with the Chardon community and the Education Department will do everything it can to offer support....
