The following is a transcript of New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez's speech at the Republican National Convention on Aug. 29, 2012. MARTINEZ:  Thank you.  And good evening.    Before I begin tonight, let's keep in our prayers that families impacted by the storm affecting the Gulf coast.  If you haven't done so already, please donate to the Red Cross.  To find out more about how you can help those affected by hurricane Isaac, please visit redcross.org/give.  I am Susana Martinez.
