On tonight’s results show of “Dancing With the Stars,” Kathy Ireland, the former swimsuit model, was sent home after performing a stiff, tentative quickstep that failed to connect with the judges and, apparently, the viewers.Tom DeLay , the former House speaker, was tied with Ireland at the bottom of the judges’ leaderboard with only 18 points, but he wasn’t named one of the three contestants who were at risk of elimination during tonight’s show.
