Juventus has been fined about $39,000 after fans chanted racist slurs and unfurled a provocative banner during its 1-0 weekend win over AC Milan.In imposing the 30,000-euro penalty, the Serie A sporting judge cited a racist chant, an "insulting" chorus and an "offensive" banner unfurled during Sunday's match.Juventus insisted it was committed to ending racism at its matches and complained it was being singled out.
