AC Milan books Champions League place with Siena defeat

AC Milan scored twice in a three minute span to secure Serie A's final Champions League place with a 2-1 victory over relegated Siena at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.Things started poorly for Milan as Claudio Terzi gave Siena the lead 25 minutes into the match and Massimo Ambrosini was sent off in the 68th minute, reducing Milan to 10 men.But the Rossoneri caught a break two minutes later when Siena's Christian Terlizzi was shown his marching orders to make it 10 against 10 for the final 20 minutes.Milan then found an equalizer six minutes from time when Mario Balotelli converted a penalty kick and Philippe Mexes booked Milan's place in Europe's elite competition with a winning goal three minutes from time. The result sees the Rossoneri finish their Serie A campaign with 72 points, two clear of fourth-place Fiorentina, while Siena ends the year with 30 points and will play in Serie B next term.Fiorentina 5, Pescara 1Pescara, Italy - Fiorentina did its job on Sunday by thrashing bottom-of-...
