LEONHARD, Austria (AP) — The International Luge Federation has begun meetings to finalize a report examining Nodar Kumaritashvili's death at the Vancouver Olympics.Officials declined comment before Saturday's start of the two-day sessions of the federation's sport and technical commissions.
