OUTLOOK: Now down to eight teams, with the defection of Boise State to the Mountain West Conference , the Western Athletic Conference is a bit sleeker for the 2011-12 campaign.Stew Morrill , who has enjoyed a number of very successful Utah State teams in recent years, is the dean of head coaches in the WAC as he heads into his 14th season in Logan, but this year might also prove to be one of the most challenging for him and the Aggies because the team is in re-building mode after losing several crucial pieces that pushed them to the NCAA Tournament last season.
