Jay - Z and Justin Bieber are among the nominees for the 10th annual Black Entertainment TV Awards . VIDEO : Justin Bieber on his craziest fan Jay - Z landed with five individual nominations , including best male hip hop artist and video of the year . Right on the rapper's heels are wife Beyoncé , and " Empire State of Mind " collaborator Alicia Keys , both of whom earned four nominations . Other multiple nominees include Drake , Rihanna , Trey Songz , Fabolous , and Melanie Fiona . Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber also secured a nomination as best new artist , while Disney queen Selena Gomez is up for the YoungStars award . The 2010 BET Awards , hosted by Queen Latifah , will be broadcast on Sunday , June 27 at 8 / 7c from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles .
