The son of R&B singer Chaka Khan ( search ) turned surrendered to police Monday after he learned that prosecutors had charged him with murder in the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy, police said.Damien Patrick Holland ( search ), 25, surrendered with his attorneys at his side, according to a printed LAPD statement. He is being held on $2 million bail.Prosecutors allege that Holland shot Christopher Baily ( search ), of Los Angeles, at a September 2004 party as the two struggled for a gun during a fight.
