Oilers sign defenseman Theo Peckham

EDMONTON, Alberta (AP) - Theo Peckham has agreed to a one-year deal with the Edmonton Oilers .The 23-year-old defenseman was a restricted free agent.Peckham played in 71 games for Edmonton last season. He had three goals and 10 assists and totaled 198 penalty minutes.
