People who regularly drink cranberry juice or take cranberry capsules are less likely to get urinary tract infections, a new review of past evidence suggests. Researchers found cranberry products seemed especially helpful for women who had trouble with recurrent UTIs.Although cranberry juice and capsules are popular antidotes to the common bacterial infections, researchers haven't always been sure whether or how they might work.
