Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - EUROPEAN TOUR - WGC-CADILLAC CHAMPIONSHIP, The Blue Monster Course at Trump National Doral, Miami, Florida - One of the most famous courses on the PGA Tour recently re-opened after undergoing a complete renovation since last year's tournament.The Blue Monster Course at Trump National Doral was totally redone by noted architect Gil Hanse. Some of the changes include longer first and ninth holes and the ninth green was shifted closer to the 18th green to create more of an amphitheater feel.Also, the 10th tee was moved well left so the players tee shot has a longer carry over water, the par-3 15th was shortened, but more water was added into play, and the 16th was also shortened, but water was moved closer to the green.World No. 1 Tiger Woods cruised to his seventh title at this event last year.
