Cutler: Could take 3 years to master Bears offense

Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler says it could take up to three years to master the new offense that is being installed by the Bears.Under new coach Marc Trestman and offensive coordinator Aaron Kromer, Cutler is learning his fourth Bears offense in five seasons with the team. He says he has seen progress, but it's a "three-year process." He says it's hard to go out in the first year of a new offense and "blow the doors off."The Bears have cut fullback Evan Rodriguez, traded offensive lineman Gabe Carimi and added a handful of new players who are trying to fit in with Cutler and the offense during the team's mandatory, three-day minicamp.The team also signed former Bears wide receiver Devin Aromashodu and fullback Tony Fiammetta....
