Even with a six-year playoff drought lingering in the background, it is safe to say football is back in the city of St. Louis.How else could you explain the rush of talent that took their services to the Rams this offseason?After winning a grand total of six games between 2007-09, the Rams eclipsed that mark with a 7-9 campaign a season ago.
