The Miami Dolphins continued their free-agent shopping spree on Friday, agreeing to a one-year deal with former New York Jets tight end Dustin Keller.The deal, per multiple media sources, is valued at $4.25 million.The Purdue product, a first-round draft pick in 2008, joins the Dolphins after spending his first five NFL seasons with the AFC East-rival Jets. During his final season in North Jersey, Keller was limited by nagging hamstring and ankle injuries. He played in just eight games, starting five, while catching 28 balls for 317 yards and two touchdowns."We are happy that we have been able to reach an agreement with Dustin," said Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland.
