Rayner was reportedly among a host of kickers that were given a tryout and his agent revealed the signing on Tuesday afternoon with a Twitter post."Congrats to Dave Rayner on signing with the #Bills with Rian Lindell out with a shoulder injury," agent Paul Sheehy tweeted.
